The course will focus as well in avoiding, thanks to a mentally clear and emotionally calm state, nowadays problems at school such as school violence and bullying, lack of values, lack of motivation and assertiveness, inability to set goals, frustration and emotional distress that affects mood, social behaviour and learning. Positive coexistence and well-being is crucial in school, so each day of the course will work in that way, deepening in meditation and emotional education.
