About the course
Course information
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming all aspects of our society, and education is no exception. In this course, “AI in Education: Revolutionizing Learning and Teaching to Empower Educators and Students,” we will explore how AI is changing the way we teach and learn, offering new opportunities and challenges for educators and students alike.
The application of AI in the educational field goes beyond automating administrative tasks; it has the potential to personalize learning, provide real-time feedback, and create more inclusive and accessible educational environments. From intelligent tutoring systems that adapt lessons to the individual needs of each student to data analysis tools that allow educators to identify learning patterns and improve their teaching methods, AI is at the heart of an educational revolution.
This course is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of how AI can be used to enhance the educational experience. Throughout the course, we will cover topics such as machine learning, natural language processing, adaptive learning platforms following inclusion and accessibility standards, automated assessment tools, applications of Augmented Reality (AR/VR), as well as efficient class scheduling and resource management.
By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement AI solutions that empower both educators and students, transforming learning and teaching to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
Join us on this exciting journey and discover how AI can revolutionize education.
Cost and Erasmus+ funding
The training course is tailored to be fully funded by Erasmus + to teachers, trainers, headmasters and any other staff of education organizations so the Erasmus + grant covers all the costs of the course.
The cost of the Erasmus course is 480€ for a 6-day course and includes course fees, transportation for the training activities if this is necessary, free cultural activities in the city during the week such as a guided city tour on the first day of the week.
Moreover, networking activities will take place among participants and, obviously, the certification of attendance is included as well.
Regarding documentation, the company offers guidance and will help with all necessary documents that the participant can need (learning agreement and/or Europass mobility). Finally, an optional cultural package is offered to deepen the relationship between all participants.
Methodology
The AI course is based on theoretical and especially practical lessons, presentations of best practice examples, as well as discussions and experience comparisons. The course will include lectures and workshops to ensure full comprehension and daily assignment support. Each day will provide new information about devices, apps, programs, etc., and will create new links to strengthen future common projects. Moreover, participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy interactive and collaborative group classes.
Teachers will always dedicate time to assess the information and the students’ work and will redefine the content and working methods to improve the students’ skills.
Our experienced trainers will support and stimulate networking and cooperation among participants. We organize networking, cultural, sport, and historical activities to give participants the opportunity to exchange best practices and establish professional cooperation and links.
These activities are an excellent example of how to organize activities in a possible future KA2 project. Not only the course participants but also other participants from different courses offered by the company will take part in these activities. The expected training activity has been structured so that participants can transfer knowledge and develop the necessary skills once they return to their schools with their own students.
In the end of the course, the company will provide the participants an attendance certificate including the detailed information about the course, e.g. title, programme and schedule. In addition, a Europass Mobility Certificate can be added on request.

A central strength of the course is its combination of foreign language didactics, multilingualism, and practical training in the organization of student mobilities. It connects theoretical perspectives with hands-on activities, enabling participants to both reflect on their own teaching practices and to design international learning opportunities for their students.
Through a mix of presentations, collaborative workshops, and project-based activities, participants will develop skills to integrate multilingualism into their classrooms, foster intercultural awareness, and implement high-quality Erasmus+ student mobility projects. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with concrete strategies, tools, and examples to enhance foreign language learning and multilingual education in their schools.
This course is mainly designed for foreign language teachers and school staff from pre-school to primary, secondary, vocational, adult and special needs education, as well as coordinators of international school projects. Participants are expected to have at least B1 level of English proficiency.
