Welcome to an atypical course based on outdoor practice and learning. Each day involves a different activity adding knowledge in different environments (parks, mountains, beach and sea). This course is based on personal work, teamwork, awareness and learning of a healthy lifestyle and learning about the sustainability and biodiversity of the area. To optimise learning, it is recommended that the participant be in physical condition that can carry out independently to hike and swim. An outdoor course in nature, it is a live course (the schedule may change due to the weather of the place)
The main activities are divided into 3 blocks:
1.- Workshops to improve individual skills: autonomy in the natural environment, fear management and first aid and safety and healthy resources
2.- Group activities: Mountain/sea orienteering (natural elements, maps with compass and new technologies), leadership and communication, cooperative work, improving physical skills, through hiking, sport climbing, lifeguarding and paddle sup* board crossing (Alicante, Malaga and Tenerife, Spain), hot spring & wild nature (Reykjavik, Iceland)

COST AND ERASMUS + FUNDING
The training course is tailored to be fully funded by Erasmus + to teachers, trainers, headmasters and any other staff of education organizations so the Erasmus + grant covers all the costs of the course. The cost of the Erasmus course is 480€ for a 6-day course. This cost includes course fees, transportation for the training activities if this is necessary, free cultural activities in the city during the week such as a guided city tour on the first day of the week and an Europass mobility – Learning agreement document as a part of the administrative task that you need to do as a participant. So, the company offers guidance and will help with all necessary documents that the participant can need due to the Erasmus framework rules. Moreover, networking activities will take place among participants during the week and, obviously, the certification of attendance is included as well. Finally, an optional cultural package is offered to deepen the relationship between all participants and it’s open for relatives and friends as well.
The methodology of this course is focused on 15% practical theory and 85% implementation, where the participant will be able to put into practice and reinforce what they have learned through practical cases (mountain or sea activities).
The method used ranges from group work to individual work. Dynamic group practices encourage cooperation, communication and leadership, group support and healthy patterns. The individual part promotes autonomy and personal skills (observation of the world, self-improvement, resistance and inner strength). All of this in a natural environment that enhances the adherence what has been learned.
In addition, participants will work and receive a huge amount of documents to improve their knowledge in the different areas integrated in the course.
